DO YOU OFFER FREE QUOTES?
Yes we do. However, we cannot provide free quotes & estimates for all enquiries or requests. Particularly, if travel or other timely requirements are needed. We will however advise the cost of this and any request prior to conducting quotation! So you can decide if you would like to proceed.
WHAT IF IT'S AN EMERGENCY?
We know that sometimes faults and difficulties don’t conveniently occur during standard business hours and sometimes you need service personel out of hours. For any after hours emergency, simply call 03 9002 4201.
HOW OFTEN SHOULD I HAVE AN ELECTRICAL SAFETY CHECK?
At least yearly for commercial & industrial!! For residential tenancies it is now MANDATORY (from 21 March 2021) to have check at least every two years!! Electrical safety checks ensure any deterioration or damage to electrical work is found and corrected. This avoids shocks, electrical fires, overloads, hazards, or defective work. We keep your business, warehouse or factory safe from dangerous and costly situations.
WHY DO I NEED A LICENSED ELECTRICIAN?
It takes many years to become a licensed and experienced electrician, not a couple of hours reading a guide on the internet. Using our services will save you time and money in the long run and ensures you and your premises are safe. Incorrect electrical wiring or electrical work carried out by unlicensed electricians is not only illegal, it is extremely dangerous!! This will void any insurance coverage on affected premises!!

WHO NEEDS A TEST AND TAG?
Places of work use the test and tag system, where a qualified electrician tests each piece of equipment to ensure its safe for use. A tag is placed onto each piece of equipment after the test, stating the current and next required test date
